School Policy

• School hours starts from 8.45 am to 4.10 pm. Students must report 5 minutes before the scheduled time of the school.
• Students are strictly forbidden from leaving the school premises during school hours without the permission of the in-charge teacher.

LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Library will be kept open from 8.45 am to 4.00 pm.
• Silence and discipline should be maintained in the library at all times.
• Personal belongings are not allowed inside the library, except pen and paper if necessary.
• Library books must be returned on time in a good condition.Loss or damage to thebooks will result in the payment of twice the cost of the book.
• If a book is not returned on or before the due date or when recalled a fine of Re.1 per day will be levied.

• Number of books that can be checked out from the library is as follows:

  • GRADE I – V : 1 Book /Week
  • GRADE VI –X : 2 Books /Week
• Marking, annotating tearing pages, cutting pictures – any sort of damage to library books will be seriously dealt with.
• Kindly ensure that your ward reads the library book regularly and enters the name of the book in the library column given in this diary.
• Encourage your child to achieve the Avid Reader Award.
